What Makes Us Different

We have a clear understanding that we're only as good as the people we send to you. Our agents are paid on average considerably more than our competition pays....this makes a huge difference in the reporting. It's common practice not to pay agents anything more that the cost of the goods and services obtained. That just doesn't make sense to us.

CHECKPLEAZE have previous experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry. They will be trained to fairly and accurately evaluate your particular operation, BEFORE going in.

We're flexible......Although we will usually evaluate your operation on a random basis within a set number of times per month; we do get occasional "Emergency" calls. By all means...call us! That's what we're here for, and no, we don't charge extra for that....that would be silly. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If you need to cancel a scheduled evaluation at the last minute, don't hesitate to call us, oh and you guessed it, no cancellation fee. You can even talk with a live human 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You're the customer and we'll bend over backwards to accommodate your needs.

So uh, first day huh?.....Use CHECKPLEAZE reports as part of your new hire training program. The reports perfectly illustrate the standards of service which are expected by management. It's like having instant training material.

No crying.....Our reports read unemotionally and are guaranteed to be accurate. We report on the good, the bad, and well you know the rest.

Writing standards....All categories are customized to best fit your company's mission to it's customers. We will help you create them if you don't yet have them. Continually reporting on the same standards of service and sharing them with your staff, is an effective approach to improving your customer's experience.

So we missed something....Integrity is #1. We have a strict "No penalty" policy with our agents. If one of our agent's makes an occasional mistake (we use humans) and doesn't score a certain category, there is no deduction from their pay. Many other companies don't share in this policy and we think that invites dishonest reporting. We simply enter "N/A" as the score, and move on. Accuracy is far more important.


Increase sales....increase profits! Bartenders and servers rarely inform guests of premium/call brand liquors, daily specials, coffee, dessert, etc. We will provide you with detailed reporting on your staff's sales skills.

Class, settle down....We encourage all of our clients to share your reports in monthly staff meetings. Set goals and incentives based on the scores and comments of the last report.

Guilty as charged....Are all drinks being entered into system? How many drinks are being given away to friends? Are these Comps being entered into the system for purposes of inventory? Suspect someone in particular?
